The Beech Grove
Police Department, located south of
Indianapolis,
was called to a residence to investigate a
suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood. The
individual driving the vehicle checked out ok
and was not under arrest, but was irate and
verbally abusive to the officers. When the
individual opened the truck door, it struck an
officer. The gun pictured below was found
concealed in the mitten, lying on the
dashboard of the truck. It is believed to be a
mitten/ice scraper combo, but with the scraper
removed.
